New 1/1250 scale waterline model of the American seaplane carrier Jason (AV 2) by Saratoga (SMY 67) as in 1930. Heavily detailed with photo-etch parts.
Built as a collier (AC-12) comissioned 1913. Served in refuel and transport role until 1925. Supported air squadron Far East 1925-1932 and re-designated as AV 2 in 1930. Decommissioned 1932, sold 1936.
